Palak Shroff, MD, MBA has been actively involved in AIPNO since 2021 as an EC committee member. She has helped with organizing events and fund raising. She is a Primary Care Physician who has been working with University hospitals since 2016 when she moved to Cleveland. She currently has an outpatient practice at the University Suburban Health Center in South Euclid. She has done inpatient work at UH Geauga and UH Geneva medical centers. She is part of the Primary Care Institute at University Hospitals and is currently part of quality improvement projects with their Population Health Department.

AIPNO has given her a chance to serve her community and interact with colleagues outside of work. Her hope is to grow membership with new young physicians who are starting their careers in Cleveland, so that they can use the AIPNO community as a resource and support for their new journey. She is looking to grow women participation in the organization and is very happy to be part of the newly formed AIPNO Women’s Wing.
